In the event that the product has a manufacturing defect please contact us through the website to inform us of the situation and we will work with you to provide the best solution.
Returns: You may return SKIBALL in the same condition in which it was delivered and within 15 business days of delivery for a refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return has been our mistake (wrong or defective item), otherwise we will proceed to refund minus the costs generated by the previous shipment and shipping to our facilities.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs incurred in connection with the return of a product will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs both to and from SKIBALL.
In the event that your address is incorrect, SKIBALL is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please take your time and make sure you provide all information correctly.
SKIBALL has a warranty period of 3 months. Within this period, if the item suffers a breakage due to a manufacturing defect it will be exchanged for another one.
